4. Tax Compliance PIN Certificate

5. DoL Electrical Contractors Registration Certificate (required for EB Grading only)

6. Award/ Signed Contract/ Subcontract/ POs (5 Years preceding application)

7. Invoices and Corresponding Bank Statements (5 Years preceding application)

8. Completion Certificate, Final Payment Certificate/ Payment to Date Certificate (5 Years preceding application)

9. Payment of Admin Fees and Annual Fee for the single highest grading applied for payable directly to the CIDB. (Please see table G below “Calculating Fees Payable”)

10. Audited Financial Statements

11. Vat Statement and Returns

1. We will follow up and continue to liaise with the CIDB until you have the active gradings as quoted.

2. The process takes a minimum of 21 Working Days from submission and in that time they may request additional information.

3. We handle your Annual Renewals and 3 Year Renewals contacting you before expiry and handling everything for you simply and effectively.
