Tax Compliance PIN Certificate
DoL Electrical Contractors Registration Certificate (required for EB Grading only)
Award/ Signed Contract/ Subcontract/ POs (5 Years preceding application)
Invoices and Corresponding Bank Statements (5 Years preceding application)
Completion Certificate, Final Payment Certificate/ Payment to Date Certificate (5 Years preceding application)
Payment of Admin Fees and Annual Fee for the single highest grading applied for payable directly to the CIDB. (Please see table below )
